I got a blue-tipped green frogspawn recently. It's got 2 heads, but I noticed that the main head appears to have 2 mouths. Is this normal, or does it possibly mean it's going to start splitting? I wasn't sure if they branching of the base starts first, or if maybe it forms a new mouth first and all growth underneath of that follows?

Possibly; another possibility is that one of the openings is from some sort of boring (as in bore into) organism.
