Seem to be losing color on my hammer...should I raise it to give it more light? Lower it? It's currently sitting mid level, unsure of my par at the moment. Params all stable nitrate at about 10.

Lower one needs more light since the top looks fine.

But, you're correct
Hm. Maybe try angling it differently? Or should I just raise it up in the tank? Is this irreversible? First time having a coral bleach on me so not sure what to expect.

You can try to angle better to where the bottom one gets more light
You can see in the picture, its more inflated and trying to get more light
