Is my PH Probe bad?

Should my pH probe look like this? I was cleaning the tank equipment and noticed the branching pieces inside the pH probe. I don’t remember seeing them when it was installed.

Are those crystals inside?

Potassium chloride crystals are often present in pH electrodes, and are not a concern. :)

Yes, I guess it could be crystals. They look almost like think pieces of metal with branches coming off them. Sorry for the bad picture.
