11 days ago I started cycling a 210 gallon tank skimmer is producing small amounts
And Socks are getting dirty after a few days started with 100 pounds of live rock from the LFS which had been cycling for months in water with no livestock and 120 pounds of dry rock. Also using 160 pounds of life sand.

I had to put one fish in from day one because it was getting harassed in the quarantine tank. That fish is now flourishing eating like a champ

I’m now 11 days out from start date three days ago. My ammonia was .5 ppm. It’s been back down to zero for the last three days. Nitrates are about zero.

Trying to get opinion as to whether or not it’s safe to put another small fish in and maybe add one per week, checking ammonia and nitrates along the way to ensure everything is OK

Yes, you are good to go.
Thank you, Randy. I’ve been doing saltwater for a long time, but I just recently decided to start doing it correctly. I enjoy your threads and the information that you have given in other talks.
