@Randy Holmes-Farley

I am making a DIY rock structure for my tank reset. The rocks will be a hollow thin wall structure. My previous attempt with white portland cement broke when I tried removing them from the mold. I am in the process of starting it over and this time I am looking to use Sakretes Surface Bonding cement for the rock insead. It seems to be white portland cement with added fiberglass fibers for strength. It is made for thin applications so I think this will work better for my application.

I don't see anything in the SDS pertaining to aquatic life. Do you think this would be reef safe?

Hopefully this is a good sign.

I expect it is ok after full curing, but soak it well in water as cements tend to release alk for a fairly long time.
