Is Something wrong with my hammer coral?

I’ve had this coral for a couple weeks now and just today it looks like it is smaller or some heads are gone. In the back as you can see it looks a bit
Empty in the back. Anyone know what this is from I think it has something to do with flow but I’m not sure.

It also looks when the flow is on that some of the heads are very skinny near the bottom and look like they will get ripped off

It is showing skeleton in the back like you mentioned. I would move it off the floor to about mid tank. it should have moderate flow and looks like it could use a bit more light.

Can you also give you tank water parameters
