Is the the start of Dinos?

Tanks been set up for 9 weeks Dry rock, live sand, cycled added fish and only just started lighting a few days ago.
Just spotted this on the rocks, this is the largest patch there are other smaller patches here & there, it looks red under blueish light and brown under white.
could it be Dinos ?
Any Help much appreciated.

Yep, the ugly stage has started.

I wouldnt say its dino's I just got out of my ugly stage and had that EVERYWHERE but it was diatoms and is all completely gone now and the tank looks nice and clean. I have had dinos many times in the past and it shut down 3 tanks cause of it. this is just the ugly stage starting. You will see alot of brown and bubbles for a few weeks.

Thanks guys, I thought it might be diatoms, but it was the bubbles that were concerning me.
