Florida or Los Angeles area

I would’ve said Orlando also. I kinda think of WWC as kind of the “Mecca” of fish stores.
I didn't realize WWC had a store.

I didn't know LA had anything major?

When I was out west, I would go to California for fw fish. But that was the same living in NYC. Not sure if there's reef stores in nyc though.

I've been to a lot of LFS in So Cal, Most are lack luster. We actually have a very large store about a block away and while it's well stocked and clean I'm not overly impressed with what they have. There was a really nice store in Ontario years ago where I bought my first tank called world wide aquatics or something like that. Last time I was there was 2013 or so. Unfortunately they closed down around covid the owner was a older guy hopefully he just retired or something like that.

Wwc is nice as a store but customer service missing a lot. It’s a big, well organized store with a lot to see.
Too shelf is super nice. Never been to Living reef.
La area has some stores- Vivid, Golden state corals, Harrys marine, Lax aquariums(?)

Ive always wondered about import locations and where places like breeders and wholesalers are. Are there more retail stores around locations like that?

Global Aquatics I believe. Sad to see it gone too

That's the name. Definitely sad its gone. They had some really big catfish in the concrete raceway under their tanks. They were like dogs they would swim up and let you pet them.

That would be around the LAX area... Gardena, Torrance, El Segundo, etc. Some are almost on airport property.
