I would guess a Condy. And the dark tan color is a good sign. Whitish-looking anemones are usually bleached.

Looks like a Condy. I have seen very colorful Condys. Most though I have seen are lighter.

Saw one like that for $29 a couple of weeks ago and almost bought it. The colors were so deep.
