IS THIS A PARASITE?!?!!

I have a 40 gallon salt water tank and was cleaning it today when i saw this run across the sand and start burrowing under the sand. I scooped it up with my net because i didn’t know what it was so can someone tell me? (don’t mind my dirty sink)

It looks like a copepod in which case it’s a good guy.

Hard to tell but possibly an amphipod since it moved so quickly and tried to bury itself.

Very good. Just as FYI, most parasites cannot be seen with the human eye.
