White patches on a clown leads me to think Brookynella, aka clown fish disease.

I see 3 white marks, 2 on one side and 1 on the other. They look like scraps instead of ich spots. The clown sleeps on the torch and sometimes on the dry rock, I’m hoping that’s what caused it :(

I’m not sure if it’s nothing or if I have to actually treat him some meds

He looks pretty good.

Ich looks like grains of salt.
Brookynella looks like white patches that may appear like sloughing tissue.
Velvet looks like a white sheen, covering the entire fish and when severe might look like Brookynella.

I would proceed to R2R very good disease forum and look around. You may need a quarantine tank.
