Is this clownfish mating behavior?

Looks more like aggression from larger clown being a female and often the aggressor
It’s referred to as clownfish hierarchy in which the female will corner the other clown, steal all the food, bite it and take over the area of the tank
With breeding, the lock mouths, tremor their bodies, clean a rock or other surface
