Last week it was more unfolded and the tendrils were longer. Strange thing is, my water parameters haven't changed except for a 2x rise in phosphates.

Parameters?
How is everything else doing in your tank?

It looks a little POd but I don’t think dying , what are your parameters and how long have you had it

Nitrates 25, Phosphates 0.8, Calcium 430, Magnesium 1300, Alkalinity 9.2. All my other corals are doing great. This is the only elegance coral, though.

How long have you had it? Elegances also like to eat a good amount of mysis in my experience

Phos is on the higher side for sure.

Elegances are challenging. Have you had it for a long time or is it fairly new?

I've had it for about a month. It was looking better the last few weeks. I was feeding it mysis once a week, guess I'll increase the frequency. I just added more RowaPhos and Phosguard to try to lower the phosphates.
