This will be a fowlr tank with 2 clowns from ORA. Theres a spot in the front left corner that doesn’t get as much agitation as the rest of the surface. I will upgrade to an ai axis 20 which is about 30gph better than the pump I’m currently using but I’m wondering if this is enough surface agitation or I should aim for more?

IMO no its not, if you can look down from the top and see clearly to the bottom, its not enough agitation. You can't look top down with my tanks unless I turn off the flow.
Gotcha makes sense! I ordered an ai axis 20 which has 35 more gph flow. Hopefully that helps.

Agreed.
