Is this green cyano?

Tank is 5 months old. And i have this green algae on the sand i hope someone confirms if its cyano?

Salinity 1.026 ph 8.2 calcium 450 magnesium 1320 alk 9.2 nitrate 11.8 phosphate 0.13.

I syphon it out and comes back fast the next day.

I have the xr30 2 of them the pros i use lps mode. 40% using the brs schedule 10 hours and lighting intensity cuts at 6

Looks like some kinda hair type algae. Increase flow. Sand stirring clean up crew.

I did a water change 2 days ago. Same stuff I wonder? And if so did you find a cure?
