Is this green slime algae? Help!

I've been treating this for a few days now with Chemiclean thinking this was green slime algae but see hardly any difference. Does this look like green slime or something else? Its on the sanded and the rocks as well. Thanks.

Maybe thats why the chemi-clean isn't working. Phosphates are high so maybe i need to try NoPox now.

I would also try to grab as much as you can during water changes if you do them.

Amen to this. Nothing will help as much as manual removal. Get all those bound nutrients out of the tank!
