Is this Ich? Large white spots

Will need more than 7 seconds especially with fish moving around. Do I see these on one side only?
May be mucus cones mixed in with ich but need more video length and brighter white light intensity

One side only, I will get a better video.
I agree, too large to be ich, unlikely to be mucus plugs since they are only on one side. If they showed up suddenly, this is from an injury.
 

Freshwater filter only or is it? Have you ever used an HOB filter on a saltwater tank?
