Ok, thanks for the responses. I set up a 20L frag tank/hospital tank. Did a Bayer dip on all my Zoas. I didn't see any other hitchhikers fall off. Going to get a 6 line wrass and go from there...
check the polyps for the spiral egg clusters. Dips dont work against them. Scrape or toothbrush manual removal.

They also don't stay just on the polyps. I have caught many of them on the glass after lights out. You will be really lucky if that is the only one in your tank.

Keep a Close Eye on your Zoanthids for a While for any more that may Pop Up.

Keep Looking for Eggs and Nudi's.

I would Bayer Dip all the Zoanthids Once a Week for the Next Few Weeks too.

6 Line Wrasses are Awesome Helpers.

I keep one in every Tank I have.

Do the 6 line wrasses jump out, both my tanks are "topless"........

I have found 3 Nudis so far "on the glass". Its a small display tank a Reefer 170... I'll be hunting every night after lights out with a black-light and a baster.......

Salty, do you have any links for either of those threads? Flatworm exit in a QT and or the other one?
No I havent seen a specific thread. it would be similar to the standard FWE treatment and QT protocall. The upside of doing it in in a qt is you wont have a large die off. I also dont know how long it takes to get the the fwe out or if oxidizes out of the system.

And +1 all fish jump. I lost a clown who lived in 3 tanks with no lid, out him in a tank w lids and he jumped out of the 1" gap.

Some reports say zoa nudis are not zoa specific so they may stay in the DT. So youll have to keep an eye out and then decide if its best to do the full DT FWE treatment or opt for the natural treatments..

Bloody nudis! Had a few myself early on.. got a yellow wrasse never had a nudi since : ) i also have an open top and my wrasse has shown no sign of jumping but did lose my small male clown down the back of the overflow : ( so u never no. A friend of mine keeps 4 wrasses in a masive but shallow tank with no lid and has no trouble with them? I think its down to the fish..
