It seems my hammer coral has new hammers and spots growing from other hammers is that normal? Not sure if I'm wording it correctly so I'll circle it in the pictures. Also does it look healthy? Most hammers is see aren't showing their mouths just fully surrounded by its hammers mine for the last week have been opened enough I have seen a large portion of its flesh. Looks good to me but I don't know as much as some of yall out here. Thought I had a picture of it opened but guess I took this after I blew the rocks down. Will add another shot of how wide its opening tomorrow

That is a bit unusual. Maybe the result of some trauma to that area or maybe sprouting a new head?

While it is an unusual growth I wouldn’t be worried as the coral otherwise looks happy
