Is this normal (or not emergency) bta behavior?

In my nuvo 20 I currently have 7 bubble tips, 3 rock flowers, and a couple different corals. My maroon takes great care of the nems (4 rbta, 3 nexus burst). He usually sticks to the ones on the side of the tank. However, ever since the rbta at the top center of the tank split into two, one of the two has been in hiding for a long time now. After splitting, the nem would expand normally, but recently I've been seeing it closed up like in the video. The maroon used to be hosted by the two, but I rarely see it on them anymore. The rest of the btas seem to be doing pretty fine. I've also attached a picture of the nem right before it split with the maroon inside.

Tank is a little over 1yr 2mo old. I have some rox 0.8 carbon runbing in one of the filter sections (abt 0.5-1 tsp). Rocks consist of dry rock and a small amount of gulf live rock.
Ignore the bubble algae... it's a work in progress. Defeated a pretty bad run of dinos a couple months back.
Monti caps, digitata seriatopora dentritica, pavona, micromussa, zoas, rainbow monti, gsp, plate corals all seem to be doing well.

Happy birthday! It's a boy?
Salinity was thrown off a bit from my recent water change. Witnessed this guy split in front of my eyes! The new split is very, very tiny. Hope it survives. The larger half seems to have a part of the body that's not fully connected to itself? I'm assuming it's a somewhat normal splitting occurrence. This specific specimen seems to be splitting a whole lot more frequently than the other btas in the tank.
