Whenever the top water is disturbed bubbles form, which kind of concerns me. This might be normal, but I don't know.

Note:
Nothing is in the tank, besides rock.

Videos don’t work on the forum unless they are hosted on YouTube.

Maybe they work viewing from desktop. But they don’t work from mobile for most people

Ok, I can't post on YT, but I will take pics.

This is about 3 seconds after I disturbed the water, but then they move to the side and stay for about another 10 seconds.

Also, when the bubbles pop, tiny stuff jump out of the water, maybe water droplets?

Picture with the water moving is hard to see for me. Not exactly sure what I’m looking at either. Might just me being old.

I was just wondering if the bubbles are normal. I am concerned that something like soap is in the water.

Ok now I understand sorry couldn’t figure it out. How long has the tank been set up? Mine did that when I first set it up. Lowered the flow rate for about 2-3 weeks and slowly ramped it up. Maybe someone will have a better answer.

It's very new, maybe about 2 and a half weeks.

I think it’s just settling in could be some stuff in the water should go away. When they pop it’s just water droplets most likely. When you turn the flow off does the surface water have a film layer on it?
