Doesn't look like coralline to me, looks like a form of turf algae from the pic. Coralline doesn't have a filamented appearance ime

It's in my seahorse tank with macro, so I think it actually could be cool. It's super flourescent orange. Like a nice coral.

I did pull it out though just to be safe.
