Hey guys,

Got this rainbow montipora frag about 2 months ago, it was doing fine (only green). But 2 weeks ago it started to loose its green color and it's now full gray. Is it dead? Is there something that can be done to revive it?

I placed it at the top of my tank, and with a good amount of flow. Don't know why it decided to do this.

My parameters are super stable, I dose alk, mostly at 8.3 and my calcium is a bit high but stable between 480-500

Could be a change in water peramters or lighting from what it was used to.
I have a monti that came back after 2 years of looking dead.

Like I said nothing really changed, I tried moving it around at different height and flow, still nothing...

wait 2 years before giving up and tossing it *-*
