Is this Red Cyano

It’s not really slimy but I’m not sure and want to be safe.

Its hard to tell, doesnt look like it to me and when cyano breaks out most times it seems to start in the sand bed and is a very deep pink or red. Others might be able to tell better.

Try rubbing it off, cyano rubs off very easily, that looks a little tougher to me from the photo.

But what is that in the corner of the photo, that looks more like cyano?

IMO diatoms or dinos. If it starts getting stringy/snotty, it's more than likely dinos.
