is this safe to paint the back of the tank? I always used the acrylic type but found this home from a previous project. Thanks

I've used that on the outside back of a couple of my tanks, it works well, hasn't chipped or flaked and its been 2 years since I painted the first one. I suggest to use spray paint, using a brush might leave marks, the spraypaint coats it on perfectly (just be careful not to spray too much in one place cause then you get a drip and that sucks)
