Is this safe to put in 25gal nano tank with Clarki Clown, blue demsel, regal blue tang etc...

A 25 may not house enough food for long term survival. They will strip your rock of algae, particularly coralline so you'll have plain white rock. How big is it?
Short term should be ok, but I'd be wanting to hear what other people say first.

It's size is like a baseball... and now its hiding below a LR... Probably i will just kept it for a while to remove some algae... Thanks for the info...
