I’m not seeing any yellow on it even as it’s grown, so thinking it’s not space invader? Or if it is, anything I can do to encourage the yellow?

not an expert..But i dont think it is. My space invader is all green w/yellow eyes.. no blue (unsure the color with the heavy blue lights)/other color anywhere

Pectinia have some long sweepers so make sure it has room. I've seen mine over 6" long. This is the same coral a couple of years ago so they can change color a bit.

Very pretty! I haven't had any issues with sweepers on mine. I've had it about 15 months now. My galaxea on the other hand....

Speculation on my part but I think it depends on the type of coral with the pectinia. Mine often had sweepers like the video when it was in with other fleshy LPS like lobo trachy acanthophylia etc. Not so much now that it's in a different tank.

I had to move several of my lps to another tank because my angel got a taste for them. Still have a candy cane and duncan in there though. The candy cane is near it, but below so couldn't really be reached.

Ya, my space invader took out two of my acan colonies that were sis inches away. Now I’m constantly fragging it to keep it’s size down and give my other corals room. I gave away one piece and will be taking the other to my lfs next time I go.
