Is this stand 60g cube approved?

I couldn't find information about weight for this stand. How heavy would you go with it?

I am building it myself with 1515 extrusions on tnutz for about $330.
I could go beefier with 1530 for future stand recycling. That would be a long time from now and makes the total about $480

I am finishing Black extrusions with a 3/4" white HDPE top? What combination would look good on an open stand?
