Hey all went to test my levels with one of those strip testers, on two different tanks the numbers were almost exactly the same. In the pic below the first strip is unused, and the bottom two are from different tanks. I don’t really remember what these strips looked like when I first got the test kit but I think it’s a semi-popular one and am hoping someone here has the same strips. Thanks!

they've gone bad. They go bad whenever too much water gets on them or even if there is too much humidity. Used to use them at petco and I kept getting really bad readings and if you reach in with a wet hand on accident you ruin the whole bunch. The strips aren't accurate to begin with anyways. I just ask for a couple free ones at my local petco to test alkalinity and ph for when I do freshwater dips on new fish
