Is torch coral receding or splitting

Hi idk if my torch coral is receding or splitting

Parameters are ph 8, kh 8.6, nitrate 25, p04 1-2.5 no test kits for calcium and mag now

Only one part of the coral is looking like that
Other head is unaffected
