Just thought this was a funny facebook post from one of my classmates. I attend Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine in St Kitts, and the monkeys are basically giant invasive disease carrying squirrels here.

Happened to one of my classmates, except it was 5 sheep, not a monkey. He was so drunk he left the door to his apartment open and they came in looking for food. Between how drunk he was the night before and the sheep, he had quite the mess to clean up that morning.

At the school I went to 5 sheep in your room would probably be part of some weird fraternity rush thing.

At the vet school I went to....they kept all the "lab rats" under lock and key, probably for this very reason :D .

Here in St Kitts, most of the livestock (as well as cats and dogs) are allowed to wander wherever. I regularly walk through herds of sheep, goats, even cattle on my way to class or to the grocery store. There are even some horses that just wander around with collars on so people know who owns them.

Ran into the centipedes yet? Had a 6 in her bite me in the shoulder at 2 in the morning. Still have nightmares! Rossie 2009 here. Wife was a 2012 grad.

Yup! First semester here got bit on the shoulder by a 5" one after laying down on the bed. It was between my pillows. My roommate is fostering a former stray island dog now, and she eats any that get inside

That's a good dog! Our island mutts (had 3, two have passed since we left) weren't so fearsome. But the male we have now (he's 13) would challenge the monkeys on the island.
