Issue with 2 Radion XR15 Gen 3

Hi I have two Radion Xr15 pro gen 3 on RMS arms over my reefer 250. I am using a reeflink. I frequently find that 1 or both are not following the schedule. I will go into the app on android and just click the schedule button and it syncs them back up, why does this keep happening?
