Hey all, i recently picked up an Apex 2016 model. And on my EB832 i can not seem to find my 24v accessory ports. Is there something I am doing wrong? I am trying to connect a solenoid there.

Thanks!

Have you looked under hidden tiles for LINKAx_x or LINKBx_x?
See bellow :(

Something is not right.
There seems to be no hidden tiles and on eb832 there are 8 outlets your display page shows 4 that I can see eb832_10.
Unless others you renamed are also on port 10.
You should also have 2 ports for 24v.
Did you try putting a firmware (even same) on the eb832 and see if that makes a difference?

Try going into settings then modules

Click on eb832 and it will take you to its menu.
There under actions click for software update and hit send.

Let it do its update and then unplug it once its complete then plug it back in.
When you unplug it make sure its unplugged from all USB aquabus and 1link and its 110v power wire etc.
I hope refirmware helps and gets it back to normal.

This actually worked... but i purchased this used and its worrying it... going to be taking it back to the store and just get a new one. that way everything is new. probes, controller, warranty, everything.

Thank you Dr Reef :)

Glad was able to help.
Electronic can be iffy when purchased used.
If you can get a new one it's best due to warranty and peace of mind of being new at least although I have seen some new units mess up as well.
Anyways Good luck and happy reefing.
