I 'finally' lost my first fish after 3 months since the tank was set up. My Barlett decided to go carpet surfing in a small gap in the back of the tank (I have glass lids covering 90% of the top). Too bad I loved him so much and he's the most expensive fish in my tank ($80). :( :( :(

I was about to buy a plastic seal to fill up the gaps but been so busy lately. Thats why I had to pay...

Thank you for reading my rant :(

Yup, bartletts are jumpers. I’m surprised it took 3 months.

We’ve all been there. I keep bartletts and last time I was cleaning the tank with the top off, one of them went soaring out of the tank, did a couple of back flips, a couple of triple twists and expired on the top of the coffee table. £&$#@&$.
