Jacob's coral: update 1

I have decided to post update threads on the coral on my reef tank. I will post update pictures of my corals and my experience and struggles with them. Any new corals I will share and give updates! I'm hopeing this will be a fun experience. I've never thought of doing something like this and it will either be a biweekly or monthly process. I hope anyone that follows enjoys

My first coral is a lps coral, a neon green candy cane coral. This is my newest coral I've had it for only a week from my lfs and it is reacting great to it's new home. I was able to feed it for the first time and it happily accepted some brine shrimp. There isnt much to say about it for now due to it being so new.

My second coral is my soft coral the Kenya tree. So far it has been alright. It spends most of it's time closed which has me concerned (I think this is due to emerald crabs harrassing it) it has grown a little bit in the month I have had it but it is very temperamental.

And my final coral is the soft coral green star polyp I got it as about 20 little polyps and has grown an insane amount in the month that I have kept it, it is now spreading off of the plug and is growing crazy big. This will probably be the first coral I end up fragging and giving frags to my lfs.
