JamgoZoo heater error code

I have a 500W JamgoZoo aquarium heater IPX8. It’s showing an LL error code. Unfortunately, the manual doesn’t list it. It clears when I press the set button once, but it reoccurs a few times per day. Anyone know what this code means?
