I don't see your request to approve it. Try it again. I assume you have a selection box or popup to join the private forum. I was setup from the start, so I am not sure how it prompts you.

Welcome to the new forum. Look on this thread and request authorization for the private forum. You will then get a club badge by your name and can conduct club business.
