Jebao scp-90 error code

I purchased this and installed it per directions, I've tried with the app and without but the pump keeps failing. There are no troubleshooting pages in the user manual, or online. Is there possibly something I'm not pushing or selecting that is making it fo this. Right before it stops working the entire pump makes a weird pulsing sound then shuts off and the speed lights start flashing.

What error code is showing? Sounds like a defective controller or pump, irrespective. Where did you purchase it?

Exchange it. Amazon is really good about this sort of thing. It's easy to do as well. They will even send you out a replacement before they receive the old one.

No, you do not. Unless you are returning it and not getting a replacement. Contact Amazon directly. I have never had to go that route unless returning and not replacing.

It's the only option I was given when selecting that the product was defective, it had me list what the issue was and the next screen only offered a refund 2 to 3 days after they receive the item. Not sure why, I'll have to contact them when they open.
