I’m looking for a wave makers for my nano tank (IM 20g nuvo) and think the Jebao SLW-20 would work well? I’ve heard some reviews on the 10 being noisy, but none about that for the 20. I’m also going to make this an softie/LPS tank. Any help would be great.

The SLW-20 has a max gph of 2641. If you dial that down, it should work well. If not, the SLW-10 is a good option too. I haven't seen too many negative reviews on the 10s. Doing a quick search on R2R really didn't show any negatives either.

Yeah, I was planning of dialing it down to around 25% and sorry, I was basing the reviews off the ones I saw on Amazon 😅. I’ll definitely take a look later on R2R

After reading some reviews, l think I’ll probably now go with the SLW 10, but any advice would still be great.

I run 20s and 30s dialed back on my 40 breeder. I think a 20 would work dialed back but likely would still need to be positioned correctly (sandstorm issues).

I use the ow-10 on my IM15. I run it on the lowest setting currently and run in C mode. It comes on for 30 seconds then off for 30.
It does not blow the sand around and is quiet. It sits on a dresser next to my bed.

Oh nice! I’m really just concerned about noise because this tank is going in my room too. When searching it up, I also found it for $30 compared to what seems like ~$65 anywhere else. This does seem like a good wave maker!
