Has anyone used one of these DCS series pumps from reefbreeders? noise level, longevity? total garbage? im looking to replace my pump and there are a myriad of options out there!

Have not used the DCS line, but have used the DCT and DCP lines. You get what you pay for. They will last probably a solid year or two before needing to be replaced. But if you factor in the savings compared to a higher end unit, the amount you would spend on these pumps over time vs. 1 of the higher end ones, it pretty much evens out.

I think mine is the dct 9000. This pump has been running over 2 years with no issues. Never even clean it either. Jaebo pump before that ran for almost 3 years then just stopped one day.

I have the dcp (whatever is the newest) 10000 and it is totally silent. I've had good luck with all jebao products: wavemakers and doser. No issues.

Just grow it: Have you ever added CO2 to your reef tank?
