Hi reefer :
I restart my set up ,i start notice a jelle thing in my sump and little in my display .
It look transparent white color and viscous . Even filter socks get dirty in one day .
What is that and how i can get ride of it ?

That looks like a bacterial mass. Have you tried increasing flow?
 
Its new pic for this jelle thing ,even the skimmer get over skimming .
Im trying to siphon it but again buold up in sump. So.any ID ???

I start new cycle before 2 months i dont have nothings just skimmer and recently i run active carbon, i dose no3 po4 from red sea due to nitrate spike after cycle ,im not running over dose nopox i reach 8 ml per day
 
The jelle things look like cyano but white color ,till now no one figure out what is that
