Jelly Bean!!

Help!
I went on vacation and my pulsing Xenia exploded everywhere!!
I like the movement, but it is on the top/back of my jelly bean chalice!!!
How don't get rid of it without hurting my little guy!?!

CUT EM OUT scrape cut slice, but make sure you get all the flesh off too

I had cut them once, (weird and fleshier that I had expected...) and the nubs grew a lot of new tiny heads...
Aside from getting rid of the Rock and starting over I don't know how to get rid of it.
And the existing corals and I LIKE the rock...
Wish I had researched Xenias before I "had to have one"!
