Jerry-rigged UV sterilizer today.

Hi.
I have a 6 week old tank and I have some problems with diatoms and cloudy water. I got my UV sterilizer today and attached to the aquarium with some silicon tubbing. It looks like the tank has a by-pass, but I'm hopping it will do the job and clear up my water.

I might have run the pump on the exterior, but I hope it works out for you.

Sadly my pump does not work outside of water. I will buy a cheap external filter and attach the UV sterilizer to that because its cheaper that an external pump. For now I just hope it works, the UV is from China.
