JNS Weird Bubble plate ..Any thoughts .

I saw this skimmer on the web the other day .

I do like JNS skimmers but I wonder will this bubble plate perform as stated .

Pretty crazy looking with a bunch of mini wine glass bottles .

Wonder if and when it will be US bound ?
