Well I decided to take the plunge and join R2R.

I have a 150 gallon, 48 x 24 x 31, sps dominant mixed reef that has been up and running for about 4 years. I have struggled with the same challenges and issues that most of you have, and without forums like this one would have probably failed miserably in this hobby/ obsession. However after all this time I feel I may now have something to contribute from my experiences.

My personal outlook with regards to my tank is to try to keep it as simple as possible and not get to caught up into the trend of the moment. That being said, I do use an Apex controller, Radion G2's, Tunze powerheads and ATO, and a Skimz skimmer to do the work in supporting and maintaining the conditions in my tank.

I look forward to continue learning from you, although in a more interactive fashion.

Sean
