Figured I would use this to share my tank and journey with our 40 breeder. Started reefing about 3 years ago with a small 10 gallon tank which then lead to 3 upgrades over the years to what we finally have as a 40 breeder. This tank has been up and running for about 3 months now. Most of it's corals and fish have been transfers from the previous tanks and haven't really added much since the upgrade. Currently the tank is only running 1 AI Prime 16hd since it's twin decided to RIP. Tank is still dealing with some uglies and a little GHA but I've been able to hold it back for the most part with manual removal by hand, constant water changes every week, 24/7 skimming and raising my mag levels to around 1550. All other parameters are in check. Recently switched salta from Fritz to RedSea Coral Pro and all coral seem to be loving it. I'm not going to list all of the coral since they can mostly be seen in the pics but I will list all current equipment and fish. Please ignore the frag plugs behind the rock work. They are waiting for new inhabitants here shortly lol. I'm sure I'm leaving some info out but I feel like I'm rambling. Please let me know what everyone thinks.
