ABSOLUTELY NOT! Ben and Lam at BSA are on top of their game no doubt. I ordered from Ben a month or two ago, took a risk on exquisite pics and reasonable prices, and pulled the trigger on an incredible torch. That Mr. Murphy just had to step in and mix things up. The torch died within 24 hours of arrival. Shot Ben some pics, little small talk and we'd came to an agreement I was more than happy with. (I'd ordered the last of the specific torch, he was going to find one similar, no rush. PERFECT). Struck out a few times, found one I wasn't thrilled about and then BOOM! Sends me a pic of this incredible piece, with 2 more exquisite heads than I originally paid for. Score right? IT GETS BETTER! The pics he sent, incredible... The piece in person... Inexplicable. One thing I learned very quickly in this hobby is you absolutely get what you pay for, and with Ben, he's almost as good as his corals lol! Buy with confidence guys

Honestly, you can get whatever you need/want in this hobby if you look for it. But I t's the customer service that keeps me loyal and from your story they sound pretty great in that department. :)

Ben is awesome I've had nothing but great experience with him, I've even bugged the you know what out of him all the way into the early morning and he's still been great lol. Plus once you order from him the coral will do the talking

Ben is a stand up guy. I have spent a ton of money on corals from him and he always comes through far better than I expected. Awhile ago I ordered a piece and so did others it ended up selling out and he offered me another piece of a different coral and actually hooked it up more than he needed too. I have an order coming in from him tomorrow. One of if not the best vendor I have ever dealt with.
Will continue to support them buying many more pieces from him.
