Oh ok. I have a 75 gallon. Surprisingly enough, the light hits the whole tank. I just got my light on, so I'm playing with the settings to match a sun rise in the morning around like 8am, for about three hours. Then I just dem it with the blue twice more(every 4 hours).I totally turn them off at night, at about 10:30pm That may change, but we'll see. Just depends on how my coral and fish react.

I would run Your whites at 30% for a Max of 6 hrs ...i would run blue at 75-100% and night blue at 100% for 10 hrs .. all three channels ramping up and down... this is just a suggestion of course ..
but heres a photo of mine using the same schedule!

Oh yes question. So deep blue at night? Don't turn off lights at any time? I've been wondering weather to turn them off at all.

Because your light is higher , so you can get more spread .. you could probably run whites a little more 40% ish..... but these lights tend too have a hot spot in the middle and falls off around the sides ... I run mine heavy blue because I like the look ..so set the blues to what’s pleasing too your eye ..
Here’s my lighting schedule...( I work evenings so my lights come on later so I can still enjoy the blue lights when I get home )

All lights turn off at 00.00 till 11.00
Adjust for your self .. but anywhere in the ball park from this you’ll find your sweet spot .... it’s served me well !!
