Glass Anemone, aka Aiptasia. Its gotta go.
Lemon Juice injection into its mouth, Joes Juice. Several ways to kill them.

Are they ok for a week or two untill I can get some crabs and maybe a shrimp I just started cycling the rock I'm into week 2 of curing rock in tank before I add a cleanup crew just waiting on levels to be good or do the need to go now????

they can spread quickly so remove asap. If you are just now cycling your tank you could just remove the rock.

If your cycling you don't want any shrimp in there, the ammonia is liable to kill them. You can wait however and get peppermint shrimp after your cycle, they will eat them for you.
