I just switched to ESV B Ionic 2 Part from Red Sea 2 Part. I have been running Red Sea 2 Part along with Red Sea Magnesium since I started my tank a year ago and cant seem to find a dosing guideline for ESV B Ionic.

Red Sea clearly state on their produce 1ml Alk=.1dKh per 25 gallons.

Im looking for the similar equation for ESV B Ionic.

Thanks!

The dosing guideline is your test kit. i Generally test Dkh, dose 10 ml, and test again. Now I know how much 1ml raises Alkalinity. this is of course after you’ve tested what your daily consumption is. In my case it drops .8 Dkh a day and it takes 5ml of Red Sea to raise it .10 so I dose 40ml daily.

Red Sea is actually .36 per 25 gallons.
Get a Hanna DKH checker it’ll save you a lot of time and you’ll know exactly how much to dose to keep it stable
